Wyandotte Martial Arts and Fitness Club has been around since 1975 teaching traditional Tang Soo Do Korean Karate and is currently owned and run by Master Ken Moore, 5th Dan, since 2004. Our school relocated to the Downriver Council of the Arts in 2022 in Wyandotte after being in the same location for 46 years. Although we were sad to leave our original location, it has turned out to be a great move.
We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality instruction. In addition to learning self-defense, you will develop better focus, self-discipline, speed, balance, tone, stamina and flexibility. We do not require contracts. All belts are earned. Our school is under the direction Grand Master Dale Drouillard, 10th Dan, who, in 1957, was the first non-Korean to earn a 1st Dan (Midnight Blue Belt/Black Belt) in Tang Soo Do. Tang Soo Do is a defensive art developed by Grand Master Hwang Kee in Seoul, Korea in 1945.
